Drink tea while eating to lose weight

This is not new. We know the Japanese way of drinking or sipping tea while eating, but why couldn’t we do this?

Obesity has become a global “pandemic”. Factors include not eating a balanced diet and lack of exercise, but the most serious to consider is lack of sleep or this abnormal sleep pattern. We tend to eat our midnight snack when hunger strikes.

And yet we have to work. Many of us work night shifts, so there is a greater tendency to eat at midnight or during our body’s inactive hours. The night until dawn is when the body must replenish itself and must eliminate the toxins accumulated in it.

Also, since we sleep during the day, we do not find time to exercise, so there is a great chance of developing this mild to severe obesity.

We mainly use carbohydrates, which is mainly glucose, from what we eat. If it is not used, it turns into fat. This fat is stored in our cells, so we don’t have to wonder why we can’t get rid of those love handles.

The consequence is that we look for slimming pills online that we hope can solve this fat problem. By using these pills or laxatives, we either see only a temporary improvement or they are not effective at all. Some of us even try different kinds of diets, the modified kinds, like paleo, vegan, and other fad diets we read about on the internet.

The solution is simple: drink tea while eating. You can call this a gimmick, but this is simply changing the way we eat. Green tea, which has flavonoids as well as a bit of caffeine, is definitely beneficial to the body. It makes us think more clearly, more active during the day, wakes us up with minimal side effects, unlike coffee.

Coffee has a more addictive content: caffeine, as we know it. A potent content, caffeine causes insomnia and, in some people, tremors, nervousness, and agitation. Other coffee lovers may develop withdrawal or tolerance symptoms, which is when they can no longer feel the effect of coffee, such as keeping them awake. The coffee effects here may be unique to black coffee only.

The effects of green tea include detoxification without damaging the kidney. Returning to the main topic, green tea improves the oxidation and metabolism of fats. Drinking tea while eating is more effective than drinking it at night. The tea takes effect instantly while our body is digesting the food we just ate.

Tea also improves the secretion of insulin, a hormone that regulates the metabolism of macronutrients. Therefore, if there is a normal secretion of insulin in the bloodstream, the glucose level would be in balance, preventing type II diabetes mellitus.

Drinking tea while eating can reduce the cost of weight loss supplements. We are also sure that by doing this, we will obtain other health benefits.
