This is the master cleanse / lemonade diet part. You need to drink 6 to 12 glasses of lemonade mix made up of lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water. Every morning, you need to do a salt water rinse. This download is not that easy to do, but it is a vital part of the diet. During the night, a laxative is taken to help the body clear mucus.

FACILITATE

This is the last part of the diet. Ease out is basically the contrast of the Ease In part. If you are done with the Master Cleanse diet, you can start with Ease Out. So for the first day after cleaning, you can only drink orange and plan the water. The next day, you can now have soups, broths and other juices. On the third day, you can eat fruits and vegetables. Never skip this part. If you eat regular foods one day after the Master Cleanse Lemonade diet, you certainly won’t feel good. Most people feel nauseous, and some people reported vomiting.
