Making gold with Obsidium Ore is easy as long as you know how to farm it efficiently. Starting from the center of Infralar, you should make a series of loops moving further and further from the center each time you go around. After about six of these loops, you’ll reach the edge of the zone and need to fly back to the center of the zone and start over.

Note that I didn’t tell him to turn around and keep the loops flying from the outside to the center. The reason for this is that the nodes closest to the center will have respawned while the outer ones will not if you immediately search for them again.

Suppose you have a few dozen ore piles and you are thinking of selling them. Do you know what is the best way to do this? Do you just throw them into the auction house for the lowest price and come back later to pick up your gold?

It’s much better to smelt the ore into bars and sell it that way, or better yet, use a blacksmith to make bent obsidium from the bars.

Maybe you could even stop farming the ore and just buy it from the auction house, melt it down, and turn it into bent obsidium. interesting huh?
