All good fast fat loss diets should address the importance of enjoying the diet. You won’t lose fat fast if you can’t stick to a diet. If you don’t like salads I don’t recommend you eat them. There are hundreds of healthy recipes that are much more exciting. Eat 5-6 of these small meals a day to boost your metabolism.

 

Another great tip is to cook your meals in bulk on the weekends. Then, portion out your food throughout the week with some rice, bread, or pasta. This is a great way to save time in the kitchen and control food portions. You’d be surprised how quickly you lose fat when you enjoy what you eat. This is the essence of all effective diets to lose fat quickly.

After trying so many diets to lose fat fast, I was about to quit smoking. I was overweight, miserable, and getting desperate. I just couldn’t stop eating and couldn’t see the end of it.
