If you really want your ex back, there are no physical things you can do. If you literally got down on your knees and begged your ex; or she paid her ex $1,000,000; your ex would not have any affirmative answer to want you back. The tactic for getting your ex back is to work from the inside out. Once you can understand and tap into your ex’s emotional level; that’s when you have the leverage to get your ex back for real.

Giving your ex what they want emotionally is key. You don’t want to try to agree with everything or say that you will do anything for your ex. You want to agree with his emotions. Your ex probably wants some space, actually give them the space; they will be surprised that you can understand where they come from.

If your ex talks about the past, just let them bring it up. If he must mention something, he just let it bring back good memories. Your ex will talk about what went wrong, either blaming you or pointing out some things they didn’t like about you.

The best course of action is to take this as constructive criticism and agree as best you can. Confirm that you are indeed listening and trying to understand where your ex is coming from. If your ex has felt that you were unfair here or there, he accepts and apologize. Don’t argue the facts.

This will also make your ex feel necessary in your life; like making your ex feel needed, as they can make people feel grateful for the things they do.

Show your ex that you appreciate him; even if it looks like they just did something horrendous; Show them that you are strong and it will make your ex reconsider wanting you back. Being able to do this will give you an emotional advantage over your ex and get him in your court and on a fast track to getting him back on your team and in your life.
