Cheek exercises

Your cheek is the most prominent part of your face. If you have chubby cheeks, smiling is a good exercise for your cheeks. Smile and laugh more. Smile as much as you can with your lips closed and again with your teeth exposed. Do this three to four times. You will immediately begin to experience a burning sensation on your cheeks. This implies that the muscle in your face is working. You can also work your cheeks by closing your lips and then sucking on both cheeks so that they become hollow. Hold on for about ten seconds and then relax. Repeat this procedure five times. You can also close your mouth and then inflate your right cheek first. Hold it for five seconds. Chin and jaw exercises
