What makes up cataracts?
Niagara Falls itself is made up of three waterfalls, the American Falls, the Horseshoe Falls, and the much smaller Bridal Veil Falls. The most popular and most photographed of these is the Herradura due to its large size and “U” shape, which makes it a perfect backdrop for any tourist photography.

By taking people just feet from the thundering water, the Mist Maiden allows her passengers a view of the falls from below and right where the falling water meets the river.
Journey behind the falls
This attraction takes visitors through a cave just behind Horseshoe Falls and to an observation deck right next to the waterfall. It is on this tour where the size of the falls becomes clear and you really begin to feel the vibration of the ground as the water collides with the river below.
