The new Project Kahn Defender Concept 17 with its diesel engine may not be a performance monster on the track, but it’s a pretty capable off-roader, thanks in part to its new Range Rover wheels. Called Defend 1983 wheels, the new wheels are made from a lightweight aluminum alloy and are designed to handle the rough terrain the SUV can traverse while providing unique styling to match the exterior design. Range Rover wheels can be custom painted and will also fit standard Land Rover or Range Rover center caps for a clean look.

The rear sports a new spare wheel cover with the company logo, a new bumper insert and badges on the tailgate.

The most exciting aspect of the new Defender Concept 17 Harris Tweed Edition is the use of special Harris Tweed fabric on the seats and other areas of the interior. The fabric is the only one in the world that is governed by a law passed by the British Parliament and is handmade in a specific part of Scotland. The new fabric was installed as inserts on all sports seats with black nappa leather, red stitching and red accents. The armrest between driver and passenger also carries the nappa leather and red stitching, along with the dashboard, binnacle, glove box and door card inserts. Both the headliner and sun visors feature black Nappa leather and special Harris Tweed inserts to match the four upgraded seats. A new red Churchill time clock, red tachometer and machined aluminum foot pedals add a touch of style.
