The skill of relaxed efficiency

Stress is a plague in today’s society.

The side effects of stress are many;

It weakens our body, which then causes disease, due to stress, people generate significantly less and when stressed, people are less creative, the list goes on and on.

Problems due to stress cost society large amounts of dollars each year.

On the bright side, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone who can lower their stress levels and produce at a higher level, continuously year after year. Those people will be the most valuable assets of a company.

Thinking in the long term

On the horizon, it doesn’t seem like an end to stress; firms and firms keep waiting for more for not more, which means that we must work harder, generate more and better results.

Which means that if we are to resolve the situation we cannot turn to the outside world, we will have to look within ourselves and make a change.

While mastering the 80/20 rule

Many of us focus on jobs that don’t really have much influence on our future.

20% of the activities we carry out represent 80% of the results we deliver.

A different way of saying it is that if you have a list of Ten Actions, Two of them will have a greater effect on your future compared to another Eight collected.

When I looked at my schedule, it was really obvious.

Back then I was working as a sales manager with five sales agents under me, my to do list was as follows:

1. Making sales phone calls

2. Coach Sales Representatives

3. Sitting in conferences with my managers

4. Prepare advertising and sales strategies.

5. Reply and reply to messages

6. Write standardized offers

7. Create campaign banners.

And some other insignificant tasks.

When I looked through this list, I saw that eighty percent of the profit I created for my company came;

coaching sales agents and making my own sales calls.

Many of the others were trivial or easy to delegate.

Once I started to focus on those 2 jobs, my stats and value increased, which in turn quickly got me a promotion.
