Duke Tubtim – USANA MLM Superstar

Who is Duke Tubtim? First, he is an amazing leader in an emerging group of entrepreneurs in this country. In the next 10 to 20 years, a new business business model will dominate the world (if the growth rate of Duke’s business is any indication). Actually, it is a very old business model, but today it is very marked and very misunderstood.

Why did Duke get involved with a scam, according to some? Worship? What was I thinking? Here’s a little background: He had experienced struggles early in his life when his father was seized and his mother had to become the main source of income in the household. He worked traditional jobs to help, including pizza delivery, but became frustrated and began looking for an alternative. He wanted something that would support his family even in difficult conditions like the ones he had faced. This led him to start a network marketing business.

As with many, his initial network marketing experience came to an unfortunate end when the company closed. So he almost gave up on MLM, but his friends and family encouraged him to persist in finding a company that could meet the needs of his family.

Duke began researching MLM companies. What he finally found was a company that impressed him because of its long-term vision of affecting global health. This company was USANA Health Sciences. After starting, he began to see improvements in his father’s condition due to USANA products, and this strengthened his belief that the company was “real.”

USANA has become the vehicle of his passion to serve the needs of his family. And speaking of vehicles, Duke also has a passion for cars, as do his teammates. He replaced a damaged Toyota with a 2006 Bentley Continental GT and now owns a sizable car collection, including a 2003 titanium Lamborghini and several race cars.

Since joining USANA in 2004, Duke has developed a great team of Gen Y individuals (ages 18-25) with goals similar to his own. Your group is possibly larger than Gen Y groups in any other MLM company. Given that USANA’s products target baby boomers, this has been quite surprising.

Duke is an inspiring leader. You found that with network marketing, by expanding your skills, you could also increase your salary accordingly. You have educated your team in well-established personal development concepts that have determined your own achievements. Now, his Gen Y associates run many training sessions for companies packed with baby boomers. His group always has the highest spirit and practices a “dress for success” approach unique to the company.

At the recent 2009 International Convention, his team packed almost half of the Energy Solutions Arena in Salt Lake City. So who is Duke Tubtim? Answer: One of the most amazing network marketing sensations to come and one that is in a position to revolutionize everything about entrepreneurship in this country.

Prior to the 2009 convention, Duke was promoted to 4-Star Diamond Director (typically six-figure earnings), with his new wife Sheila. Sheila reportedly had a significant “work” mindset, so this “networking thing” has been quite different for her. The recent 4-star achievement is just where things are starting for this couple, as their passion centers on helping their team members move forward and build even bigger dreams. Network marketing and direct selling have enormous potential for many young entrepreneurs if Duke and Sheila have anything to do with it.
