Lodging in Grand Teton National Park

If you plan to visit Grand Teton National Park this year, you’ll want to choose a place to stay during your visit. The park offers a few different lodging options for visitors who wish to stay within the national park. Jackson Lake Lodge, Colter Bay Village, and Jenny Lake Lodge are located within Grand Teton National Park, each offering different amenities and atmospheres.

Colter Bay Village is also a popular lodging option in Grand Teton National Park. Tucked along the shores of Jackson Lake, Colter Bay Village is just that, a complete village. Accommodations range from cabins to an RV park. The cabins do not have televisions, radios, or telephones. There are two restaurants, laundry and showers, a grocery store, clothing and gift shops, stockyards, gas station, and a full service marina. Cabins at Colter Bay offer a variety of sizes and floor plans and some sleep up to six people. Some of these cabins even belonged to the original settlers! Most of the cabins have a private bathroom with a shower. Cabins with private bathrooms are available for $119 to $165 per night, while cabins without a private bathroom rent for $65 per night. There are also a limited number of two-bedroom cabins with connecting bathrooms that are available at a nightly rate of $179 to $219.

Jackson Lake Lodge is a popular choice due to its combination of location and rates. Jackson Lake Lodge is located on a bluff overlooking the beautiful waters of Jackson Lake with the Teton skyline in the background. There are 348 guest house rooms located on either side of the lodge with an additional 37 rooms in the main lodge. The upper lobby of Jackson Lake Lodge features magnificent 60 foot windows framing the beauty and grandeur of the Teton Range. Additionally, the lodge’s walls are carefully decorated with an extensive collection of Native American artifacts and Western artwork. Amenities include two dining rooms, a cocktail lounge, an outdoor heated pool, clothing and gift shops, numerous nearby activities, a gas station, medical clinic, telephones, voice mail, data ports, and conference facilities. However, the rooms at Jackson Lake Lodge do not include televisions or radios. Rates vary and rooms with a view rent between $289 and $319 per night and rooms without a view between $229 and $239 per night.

Finally, there is the Jenny Lake Lodge, which offers luxury accommodation included within the park. These elegant western-style cabins are furnished with down comforters and handmade quilts. Although the cabins do not include televisions or radios, they are located on Jenny Lake at the base of the majestic Teton Range. The views in the area are spectacular and rates include a 4 Diamond experience with breakfast, dinner, horseback riding, biking and hiking. The view of the mountains from the main lodge is spectacular, with hiking trails and three lakes within easy walking distance. Nightly rates include a gourmet breakfast, a five-course dinner, horseback riding, biking and hiking daily. The elegant cabins are rented for a rate of $620 per night, and the suites are also available for $800 to $885 per night.
