Put the fork down fat! 3 steps to lose weight now!

Have you ever wondered why so many people are overweight these days? I was in the mall
the other day and it seemed like every person could afford to lose a few pounds.
(I’m being nice here by the way) Actually a lot of the people I ran into were SO GREAT
they could barely walk.

You’re probably telling yourself to stop being mean, Jack, and it’s not
so bad! Well, look around you, will you? If you live in the United States or Canada you study
suggest that up to 80% are overweight. Many other countries are trying to catch up as
like the UK, Japan, China, where the number of overweights is on the rise.

Not to mention the unsettling fact that when you’re at the mall or grocery store,
we’re looking at people who are capable of that same mobility. I would venture to guess
that the morbidly obese do not leave home. On the extreme side of things, there is
those who are bedridden with serious health problems. They are left in the care of others.
who brings them food eats them. Don’t get me started on that topic!

Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against overweight people and even I have
family and friends who would fit in perfectly. What I’m saying is this could very well be the next
epidemic! We are well on our way. Obesity and all the health problems that often accompany
being overweight such as type 2 diabetes, heart attack, stroke, and poor quality of life.

So what can we do Jack?

Well, here are 3 things to start with:

1. WALK. Go for a walk every morning. This could be as little as 20 minutes and help get
your day started on the right track.

2. Take the STAIRS at work or anywhere you would normally take the elevator. Stop
being so lazy, stand up while doing things. These little things do all the
difference!

3. Forget about eating 3 meals a day. Eat 4-6 SMALL MEALS a day. Every 3 or 4 hours. combine with
portion of protein with a portion of carbohydrates at each meal. (One serving is about the size
of your fist)

Dont ask me why? For now do these 3 simple things and you’ll be on your way to losing
weight, look better and feel good! You don’t have to do it right, you just have to do it
on going.
