The Law of Attraction – Using Hypnosis and NLP to Magnify the Law of Attraction

Most of us understand, at least basically, the Law of Attraction and Hypnosis. Objective of NLP? I first saw it about a year ago and for a while it blew me away. I tried to find out what exactly it stood for, but aside from the initials, which stands for Neurology. Language. Programming., I didn’t go very far.

Every time he thought he had mastered the explanation, he seemed to vanish again into another cloud of meanings. It was a bit like mercury. I thought I had my finger on it, but then it shot off in a dozen different directions.

We’ve had a brief look at how hypnosis can help the law of attraction, but how does NLP come into the picture? The short answer is retraining your mind. Answer the question ‘how’. ‘How does it work?’ ‘How did they do that?’

In a training program I watched some time ago, one of his lessons was to take a genius, study how he did things, and then teach an ordinary person to follow his example. In other words, I guess, make him a genius too. I’m not entirely sure about this. I certainly can’t see them getting lucky with me! But let’s be fair. I haven’t taken a course so I don’t really know how the program works.

It has been described as ‘The Science of Achievement’, ‘The Study of Success’ and The Technology of the Mind.’ Apparently, we can look at the less successful aspects of ourselves and then use NLP to change and/or replace them. Furthermore, it can be used to solve practically any personal or professional problem that you may come across.

The idea was developed in the mid-1970s by UC Santa Cruz professor John Grinder and Richard Bandler, a graduate student. Now, obviously, if this can cause an overall improvement for you, then you have a splendid foundation on which to build your Law of Attraction work, especially if Self-Hypnosis is used in conjunction.

I’ve been wondering recently if people really want new cars, houses, and buckets full of money. Oh, I know, it would be wonderful to have all those things, but deep down I can’t help but wonder if people would really rather change themselves, change the way they think and feel, than wallow in the money pit.

It has made me think very seriously about my own goals. Do I really want more money? Okay, yes. I have debt to pay and I want to build a business that can act as a legacy for my son. More money to give to my wife too, but how much do I really need?

If I suddenly woke up one night to an absolutely brilliant solution to making money online and it worked, and I found myself a millionaire many times in a month, I would obviously be walking on air for a while. Bathe in euphoria. But I would probably end up giving away most of it. This would be an excellent thing in itself, of course. Well, serving charities that benefit from my good fortune.

But other than that, do I really need to be a millionaire? If I were a lot younger, yes, there would be a lot I could do with that kind of money, but personally, right now, I don’t think so. I guess if you ask the first dozen people you meet on the street what they would like the most, the vast majority of the answers would be ‘more money’.

But I kindly suggest you don’t be too prepared with that goal. Worked correctly, the Law of Attraction will bring it to you, but how much is enough? How much is too much?
